ESPN – The International Cycling Union on Friday said it will wait for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency to explain why Lance Armstrong should lose his unprecedented seven Tour de France titles before commenting on the case. The news follows Thursday night’s announcement from USADA that it will strip Armstrong of his Tour de France titles after he dropped his fight against drug charges that threatened his legacy as one of the greatest cyclists of all time. “There comes a point in every man’s life when he has to say, ‘Enough is enough.’ For me, that time is now,” Armstrong said in a statement sent to The Associated Press. He called the USADA investigation an “unconstitutional witch hunt.” “I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in winning my seven Tours since 1999,” he said. “The toll this has taken on my family and my work for our foundation and on me leads me to where I am today — finished with this nonsense.”
As a matter of fact, I’d argue that Lance Armstrong is an even bigger scumbag because he had cancer. Dude just exploited the shit out of his sickness. He had the country by the balls for like a whole decade. Riding around on his fucking bike preaching to the whole world how he’s some sort of hero making everyone wear his stupid bracelets. Hey dude you bailed on your family to go bang Cheryl Crow and the whole time you preached about perseverance and over coming the odds you knew you were cheating. You’re a grade A douche.

Now granted Neil does his own sort of performance enhancing by having BigCat write like 8 blogs a day. But you don’t see him running around preaching about how hes a fighter and a survivor, do you? No, because the dude knows he’s snaking it and he’s not a preachy C U Next Tuesday. Bottom line is tons of people have cancer, and tons of people and athletes cheat at their job. Just don’t run around claiming to be some amazing hero exploiting people when you know that you’re a fraud.
