Iranian Diplomat Chased Through The Streets Of Manhattan

Daily Mail – An Iranian diplomat was escorted from a Manhattan street by New York police after he was surrounded and threatened by an angry mob of protesters near the United Nations. Deputy Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast was walking near the United Nations yesterday when he was noticed and confronted by the angry mob on Second Avenue near East 48th Street, said NYPD spokesman Paul Browne. The scuffle was captured on video, in which Mehmanparast was called a murderer before chants of ‘terrorist’ and ‘Yeah, you scared s**t run away and go stand next to the police’. The mob also shout: ‘Get lost and go back into your hotel… What are you doing in New York you sick criminal?’ Ramin Mehmanparast flagged down police officers, who helped him get to a safe spot. Browne said the threats were believed to have been verbal. The incident followed a speech by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the U.N. General Assembly.

What can I say? We don’t like terrorists round these parts. And basically long story short if you’re from Iran or Iraq or any of the -stan’s you’re probably gonna get labeled one. Probably ignorant but whatever thats how we roll. You can’t run around with a name like Ramin Mehmanparast and not expect to be called a terrorist. Its just the world we live in these days. Deal with it.

I'm sure the rag haad terrorist/"diplomat" was wondering why the cops didn't just shoot the protesters like they'd do in his thrid world shit hole of a country. i don't know what this dude's deal is...do we have beef with Iran? guess i was absent that day. but regardless, what good is the yelling doing? i saw several opportunities to swing on him, but all that happened was a couple slaps on the shoulder. New Yorkers: lots of bark, not nearly as much bite as advertised.

( I was mistaken i thought death valley was the lowest point on earth and you were asserting Israel was the 'lowest' point on the planet... the fact is we can drill through a pyrex plate for oil very easily -- and then set up a nice self gas station for super tankers. I think it is shameful the way the USA isn't support Israel. But I also susp[ect that Bammie is a muzzie kenyan with anti colonial tendencies ... Viva Israel. Then and the Brits are the only true Allies the USA has. ( and the Brits are a pain to deal with but Xtain God love 'em)

@rearender I had to look up muzzie to even know what exactly you were saying. I've floated like a cork in the dead sea before and sometimes I assume certain references are widely known. One thing is certain, anyone who opposes Israel (The Jews) have fallen since the beginning of time. Obama/Romney/Bush 1 and 2/Clinton...any US president knows that. Whether they base that fact on religion or history, they know it to be true. I feel honored with the "Mr". Thanks buddy.
