Sheldon Richardson Suspended First Four Games Of The Season

We just finished up the Rundown not too long ago. Big Cat and Feits were needling me about how the Mets suck and how Carmelo and the Knicks have hit rock bottom and I explained that the Jets were like my shining star right now. My rock. The team I could rely on. Thats how bad things have gotten. The Jets were my most reliable source of happiness.

And my esteemed colleague Feitelberg pointed out thats just because there hasnt been any news recently. All quiet on that front. No news is good news. Just give it some time. Fast forward like 45 fucking minutes and Boss Hogg is suspended the first 4 games of the year. Fucking brutal man. BRUTAL.

If theres one area this team can afford to a loss like this though, its the D Line. The Leonard Williams draft pick is looking even better now that Sheldon will be out. There’s enough talent around Richardson that they can withstand this. Probably still have one of the best D Lines in the league even without him. It sucks because you’d like to hit the ground running Week 1. When they are at full strength Wilkerson, Richardson, Harrison and Williams have the potential to be SCARY good. So I guess we’ll just have to wait till week 4 to start fully marauding the league.

Browns, Colts, Eagles and Dolphins dodge a little bit of a bullet here.

Now everyone mount up and hit NFL HQ to protest. Thats the only reasonable course of action.
