Internet Outraged As Bootleg Lego Company Sells Meth Lab Breaking Bad Toy Sets
Daily Mail - Children can now build their own drug dens with a shocking new play kit inspired by TV show Breaking Bad. The sell-out £160 kit, branded ‘SuperLab’, lets any child or adult recreate Walter White’s notorious crystal meth lab. Complete with protective masks, drug paraphernalia, figurines and a version of the car from the show, infants can even reenact scenes from the series. The toy looks similar to a classic Lego set, although it is not connected to the Danish company in any way and was made by a separate firm. Outraged commentators took to Twitter to speak out against the bizarre toy. Jeff Myers tweeted: ‘Made for children raised by parents who should know better.’ Jacques Gonzales added: ‘Definitely not for kiddies!
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times – putting together full Lego kits ain’t for kids. Only 40 year old kidnapping rapist lunatics. Like the only people who would have the time, desire and capability to assemble a Breaking Bad “brick” kit are the type who probably already smoke real life meth as it is. Little kids aren’t assembling a Walter White Super Lab. They are taking their Legos and flushing them down the toilet to see how many pieces the bowl can handle. They’re leaving out the sharpest, most dangerous Legos on the floor for their dad’s to step on and subsequently explode into a fit of rage. No fucking chance they know how to, or even want, to build a fucking Winnebago meth lab.
So lets not worry about the kids on this one. Lets let the creepy middle aged weirdos obsessed with Legos buy these knockoff kits and have a blast. Chances are they built a full size meth lab in real life too.
