Oak Park Eagle Scout Returning His Medal In Protest Of Boy Scouts Stance Against Gays

Chicago Tribune - An Oak Park man is returning his Eagle Scout medal to the Boy Scouts of America in protest of the organization’s recent decision to continue its ban against homosexual Scouts and leaders. Rob Breymaier, executive director of the Oak Park Regional Housing Center, said he has long opposed the anti-gay policy, but he said he wanted to send back the medal because he has lost hope that the 102-year-old organization would “do the right thing.”

Eagle scouts like this dude Rob Breymaier are so full of themselves it makes me sick. They honestly think it’s the coolest thing in the world that they spent their entire childhood getting meaningless merit badges and fending off the advances of NAMBLA Dads. Cool story Rob, now you’re a fucking regional housing director. Nice to see that your expertise in constellations, basketry, and community gardening accelerated you to the top of that corporate ladder. Newsflash bud, not one person cares about you returning your stupid medal. Unless you turn into Bear Grylls after the scouts I don’t really give a shit about your opinion about anything whatsoever unless I’m asking you if I tied this bowline knot tight enough around my neck to effectively hang myself instead of listening to you drone on about some camping trip you took when you were nine years old with 25 other dudes.

And poking fun at his title as "executive director of the Oak Park Regional Housing Center" I would venture to say that's a lot higher up the corporate ladder than "soon to be ex-blogger" . Newsflash Neil: the Chicago Tribune cares about this guy returning his medal. And I told you that I would help you tie a noose for yourself the first time you tried (and failed) to write an amusing blog about how "gay" it is to be an Eagle Scout (you're welcome for the joke). For you, a failed playwright and one of the most hated bloggers in BS history to mock the accomplishments of any man (much less an Eagle Scout and "director" of anything) is absurd. If you were my son, I would tell any friends that asked what you've been up to since you graduated from art school (or whatever you did in college) that committed suicide.
