Chicago Tribune - A Massachusetts woman warned to stay away from Chicago Cubs president Theo Epstein was arrested near his Lakeview home this week after telling police she was “inviting Mr. Epstein to go to church.” Kathleen Kearney, 44, was arrested about 6 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of West Addison Street, about two blocks from Epstein’s five-bedroom home. Kearney told officers she had been watching the home that Epstein shares with his wife Marie and young son, Jack, and was going there to extend the invitation, police said. The officers took Kearney to Epstein’s home, where he identified her as the person who had been warned about stalking near his home, police said. Kearney, of Canton, Mass., was charged this morning with two counts of felony stalking, police said.

What a past couple of weeks for Theo. Got Anthony Rizzo up from the minors raking everything in site, the Cubs have won 12 of 16, and now he’s got this liquored up church broad moving across the country just to be his side piece. Inviting him to go out on the town with her and everything. Life is starting to turn up roses for the kid.
