Not Going To Lie, Darnell Dockett Is Doing Things For Me These Days
(Source) Darnell Dockett has a baby tiger named Little Buddy and he wants to bring it to training camp. A handsome fella, indeed. The Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle told Fox Sports 910 that he’s not sure if he’ll be allowed to, but he’s going to find out. Good idea to get permission first. In the interview, Dockett said Little Buddy, who weighs about 60 pounds, is “very chill and very playful.” Wanting to add to his exotic pet collection, Dockett told the radio station that he recently offered to pay $30,000 for a monkey, but it was not for sale. “The dude would not sell it,” Dockett said. “I offered him a price that the only other person who would offer him that much is probably Michael Jackson, rest in peace, but he wouldn’t even entertain my offer when it came to the monkey.”
This right here is how I want my professional athletes to act. I don’t like this new trend of fiscal responsibility, thinking of long term health and sound investments. That shit is so overrated. Live fast, die young. Buy pet Tigers, and when they get to the size where they can officially maul your face off, try to throw a monkey into the mix, you know, to keep things light around the house. Last I checked it’s not a crime to be an animal lover. If the Cardinals had any sense they would let Darnell Dockett bring all his animals to camp, it’s called relevancy guys, read a book.
Oh and since we’re on the NFC West, could my dad be any more of a badass? Schwartz probably pissed his pants when he saw this picture.
