Almost Unfair What The Shark Did To The White Sox Last Night

With the Hawks series consuming everyone’s time and energy in Chicago these past few weeks I almost forgot the Crosstown Rivalry aka “BP Cup” (even though it’s a 4 game series which makes zero sense) started last night. I forgot right up until the shark basically made the White Sox look like a bunch of little leaguers. Total dominance. 2 hits, 2 walks (1 hit and 1 walk through 8 innings), hitting 96 on the gun throughout the entire game, complete power pitching performance. Probably his best start as a major leaguer. What we’ve all been waiting to see since he made the switch from the bullpen. A power pitcher overwhelming the opposition. Does it make it a little sweeter that it came against the White Sox? Yeah it does. But honestly I just feel bad for them. It was almost unfair to throw a pitcher like that on the mound. White Sox fans will say that Chris Sale is going to do the same thing to the Cubs tonight but I just don’t see it. There’s only one Shark, and he ate everyone alive at the Cell last night. Sorry?
