(Source) When Texas plumber Mark Oberholtzer traded in his black Ford F-250 pickup truck, he expected it would live a second life in the hands of new owners, but probably not these owners.  Oberholtzer’s Texas City plumbing company, Mark-1 Plumbing, has been inundated with threats after a photo of his old Ford work truck appeared on a terrorist Twitter feed, equipped with an anti-aircraft gun in the bed and still bearing the company logo on the door.

Mark’s got a good sense of humor about this now but I can’t imagine how pissed he was when he first saw it. You know some blue-collar guy from Texas City, Texas is as right wing and racist as humanly possible. That’s not speculation, it’s fact. Guarantee he pounded his fist on the table and let out a spew of racist words you’ve never even dreamed, let alone heard. Tell you what, though, if I were him I’d get those phones plugged back in ASAP. You can’t buy this kind of publicity. “Small town Texas plumbing company aiding terrorists in the fight for Syria” is headline that will get attention. Sure, your receptionist will have to deal with a few threats about her family getting beheaded, or whatever, but tell her it’s for the good of the company and she better suck it up.
