WEST PARK, Fla. (WSVN) – Police are on the hunt for a football coach who, they said, assaulted a referee. The Broward Sheriff’s Office said a youth football coach was caught on camera punching a referee in Broward on Saturday. The video was quickly uploaded to YouTube and now police are on the hunt for the man they said is responsible. Referee Andrew Keigans told police the attack happened after what he called an unsportsmanlike penalty on the Saints because an assistant coach, identified as 43-year-old Dion Robinson, made a derogatory comment from the sidelines.
It’s hard to say that you ever saw a sucker punch coming, but how could you not see this one coming? I mean that hop, skip, jump guy just had sucker punch writer all over him. You just don’t skip at a bro like that unless you plan on punching them. You just don’t.
As a side not how much do these Florida pop warner refs get paid? For their sake I hope it’s more than NFL refs and I still don’t think that would be enough.. Like I swear everyday it’s a new story like this and you always hear how gangs and shit bet on these games. This poor fat guy has to have better stuff to do than get skipped at like this.
