Menino Just Doing the Damn Thing Per Usual…This Time Falling Down At A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Mayor Tom Menino laughed off a tumble he took at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday. The mayor appeared not to notice the top step, and slipped down two steps before City Councilor Charles Yancey caught him.When he fell, the mayor was holding a large pair of scissors for the ribbon cutting. Fortunately no one was hurt. Menino was able to finish the ceremony and did not appear to be in any visible pain.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall. Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. I know that people who don’t live in Boston must think I exaggerate what a buffoon our Mayor is. Like no way anybody this dumb and handicapped can be the mayor of a major city. But I can assure you this is all he does. He can’t talk. He calls Rondo Hondo, and he falls down. That’s it. That’s what he does 24/7. It’s breathtaking to behold actually. My only question is who the hell gave him a pair of scissors to hold? Was that a sneaky assassination attempt by Future Alliance? Hoping he’d just impale himself on them?

PS – Shout out to the guy who said “Shit” when it happened. That made me laugh out loud.

I dont' know what's more unbelievable the fact this guys in public office. Or that "That's My Boy" was greenlighted by some studio in Hollywood. Literally this movie looks like something Trey Parker and Matt Stone created when doing Rob Schnieder promos in South Park.

I've never heard anyone definitively explain how mumbles has remained mayor of Boston for so long. I mean, is the mob pulling the puppet strings? Is it all just a joke and the curtain will get drawn to a laughing audience? Are the ballot boxes defective? Is he actually real? I'd like to hear the answers before mumbles falls down the town hall steps and turns it into a grassy knoll- type mystery for the ages. It's amazing traveling to other cities and how well-known he is. He regularly shows up for a laugh on news broadcasts everywhere and is good for a laugh. It's embarrassing. The first thing said is "I don't live in Boston, I'd never vote for a mumbling buffoon"
