Texas – A Kennedale High School teacher turned herself in to authorities Monday after Arlington police said she had sex with five male students at her home. Brittni Nicole Colleps, 27, of Arlington was charged with five felony counts of inappropriate relationship between a student and a teacher… Colleps, a married mother of three, could not be reached Monday for comment. Authorities said her husband is on military duty and based in another state..  Investigators also found text messages between Colleps and the students that included sexually explicit photographs… a 19-year-old student told investigators about his sexual relationship with Colleps… The student told police the relationship began with sexually explicit text messages and photos that they sent to each other for about a week in late April… they texted each other about having a sexual rendezvous at her home that night, police said. About 10 p.m., he arrived at her home in the 5500 block of Bright Star Trail, where they had sex, police records state. He left her home about 6 a.m. About an hour and a half later, he received a text message from Colleps stating that it had been fun, police said. Later that day, she invited him back to her house, where they again had sex, records state. The student also told police that he and four other male Kennedale students had sex with Colleps during the same encounter, records show. You know, I coach a lot of kids’ sports.  And even though you’re not supposed to play favorites, there’s always that one kid on every team you can’t help but like.  He’s never the biggest kid or the most talented.  Maybe he’s not the most naturally gifted athlete.  But he’s that all-out effort kid who always hustles, always does what you ask him to do.  He’s your Dustin Pedroia or Danny Woodhead that you can’t help but like.  Well in the world of Sex Scandal Teaching, that’s Brittni Colleps.  Sure, God didn’t bless her with the good looks of, say, a Diana Canter.  But she’s got the heart and desire you can’t coach up.  Despite her lack of natural talent, she did something no teacher has ever done:  Did a train… on video… with five students.  Bravo, Brittni.  You may or may not make the Sex Scandal Teacher Starting Lineup at the end of the year.  But you’re the odds-on favorite for the 10th Player Award.

The Grades:
Looks: Is she Cletus Spuckler’s wife?  One of the McPoyles?  I can’t put my finger on it but she’s somebody.  And while she’s not hideous, she’s not good.  Grade: C-.

Moral Compass/Bad Judgment: A gangbang with [Lebron voice:] not one, not two, not three, not four, but five students?  And inviting them to fire up the cell phone video while they railed her?  Can give her something better than a Grade: A+?
Intangibles: I want to deduct points for cheating on one of the troops.  And I mean no disrespect to our men in uniform.  But the fact that he’s off fighting the battle of Iowa or North Dakota or whatever makes it not quite so bad.  Plus she gets points for the fact that “Brittni Colleps” sound like some form of bacterial infection.  Grade: A.
Overall: Like I said, she’s my sentimental favorite.  But still to be consistent these grades have to be weighted heavily toward looks, so I can’t give her more than a Grade B.  And it breaks my heart because she wants it so bad.
