Glenn Ordway Tries To Get Me Murdered (Literally) Over Brady Babygate

So WEEI spent the last two hours just ripping me a new asshole about the Brady pictures. I tried to call in for like half an hour to defend myself but couldn’t get through. When’s the last time that happened for the Big Show? It’s kind of bullshit they didn’t call me because I know they have my number since they asked me to regularly be on their show but I picked the morning show over them. Anyway since I couldn’t get through I made this video. And in case you couldn’t tell let me say this clearly and unequivocally. I stand by posting those pictures 110% and think that anybody who has a problem with them are nuts. I’ll also say that for two hours straight WEEI encouraged people to call up and say I should be murdered.

Every call went like this…

Crazy Caller – Portnoy broke Federal law and somebody needs to show up at his house and kill him

Big O – Yeah it’s wrong. He’ll probably end up in jail

Crazy Caller – No he needs to be murdered. Where does he live?

Big O – Well we can’t condone murder even though he probably deserves it. Back to the phone lines. Everybody out there why don’t’ you tell us how David Portnoy should be killed.

And on and on it went for 2 hours. So you tell me what’s worse? Posting a picture of a baby with his wee wee out or literally trying to incite a riot to get ratings for the first time in 3 years. Not to mention the fact if the picture was so awful why were they telling everybody and their grandmother to go look at it?

Prez - you are 100% right that this shitty radio show COMPLETELY blew out of proportion your post. it's not a big deal - our country is Puritanic when it comes to nudity. I do, however, think that in the clip you posted the radio heads made one point that is at least worth thinking about, and it is nothing to do with this being "illegal" or "kiddie porn" - that is just stupid. What it is is this: it is one thing to post a nude picture of a model (they do it for a living) or someone who isn't a minor (if you are out and about with it all hanging out and you are 18+ years old that is your fault if you end up on the internet). But a two year old has no chance to defend himself. Would I care 16 years from now that a nude picture of me while I was a toddler was circulating the web, especially one where i look hung? of course not, but that is not the point. some people may care very much - and as a toddler i had no chance of voicing this. In my opinion, it is even worse when parents parade pictures of their children on facebook (tagged) so that these kids lives are documented from the moment they are born. what if they don't want their lives documented? what if i dont want my fucking parents advertising me on facebook when i am a goddamn infant? that is the problem, if there was one, with your post. kid has no chance to defend himself. defend himself from what, i don't know, but still.

Part of the blame is actually on Brady and Giselle, who are totally aware there are always people photographing them. I never chime in but this topic has me completely enraged. Anyone who thinks Barstool sports will be held legally liable for posting these pictures is a fuckin ignorant moron. There is no legal argument that would stand in court, which is why this won't go to court, and Barstoolsports will not even be sued. Blogging websites across the world post and re post photos in the public domain to write editorials. This is the same business model used world wide. The photgrapher who took the photos could be charged with different things, but the websites passing and reposting these photos are at no legal fault. Morally speaking, I don't give a fuck if it was the right thing to do, and no ones opinion is going to matter. Blogging websites are in the business of blogging and attracting advertisers. The more we hate on Barstool the more publicity this website gets. Glen Ordway is a fuckin retard for proposing anything would happen to this website and frankly shows how stupid he is. How many examples do you need to prove this? TMZ.com, WWTDD, The Onion. It's the same business model. There's a list infinitely long of blogging websites that could of posted those pictures because in principle, nothing is illegal here.

The tee-shirts and cartoons (that actually resemble the baby) that Barstool CREATED focusing on the baby's genitalia are the issue, along with Portnoy's comments regarding the size of the baby's genitalia. Get it right please. Barstool/Portnoy created this problem themselves by generating child pornography from an innocent picture of a baby and his mom. Nudity itself is not pornography, and never should be, but the nude cartoon baby with altered genitalia and the comments are pornographic in nature, as was intended by Barstool and Portnoy.
