Another World Heard From…James Harrison Starts Tweeting About Spygate

Here is the thing about everybody who keeps saying the dynasty is over and shit like that. As long as the rest of the world is still obsessed with us that means we are still king of the mountain in my book. We may not win it every year, but we’re still the game everybody circles on their calender. We’re still the most important team in the league. We got guys like James Harrison bitching and moaning about games that happened 10 years ago. Guys who couldn’t beat us on the field so they bash us on Twitter. It’s what people have to remember even in dark times like this. Nobody has dominated the last decade like we have. The fact our only complaint is that we lost 2 heartbreakers in the Superbowl still makes us the luckiest fans in the world. I mean there are teams that haven’t ever played in a superbowl never mind 5 of them in the last 13 years or whatever it is. We are spoiled rotten. Every single year if we don’t win the Superbowl it’s a disaster. Meanwhile guys like Vernon Davis are crying and holding parades for winning 1 playoff game. That’s the difference. That’s the Patriot Way and as much as it sucks to be a Pats fan right now I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I could taste the bitterness while I read this article. Right now the "Patriot Way" is losing big games in the playoffs. In the last 10 seasons the Patriots have 2 SB wins along with the Giants and the Steelers, so gonna disagree that nobody has dominated the past decade like the pats. Granted they're always a contender but so are a handful of other teams.

Patriots definitely are no longer a dynasty... they were a dynasty when they won 3 superbowls but you can't really be a dynasty when the steelers have been to 3 and won 2 since the last time you won any... even the giants are more of a dynasty than the patriots right now.

To say the Pats are done is just wrong. This wasnt the Chargers vs the 9ers in 95. This game was as close as they come. Pats were 13-3 this year, 14-2 last year. They have 2 first round picks this year, and $ coming off the books (Ocho costs $6m I believe). Using the terms Dynasty - i could give a shit less. People say Yankees dynasty which means the last 100 years. It can be argued so many different ways and its fucken gay.
