Robert Kraft Has Let Down All Of Patriot Nation

When Robert Kraft stood in front of Patriot Nation and said that he was going to drop the rhetoric regarding Deflategate and to trust him because he knew what was best for Patriot fans I believed him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He had certainly earned it. I assumed that he had negotiated an under the table settlement with Roger Goodell that would be satisfactory to all parties. As it turns out I was dead wrong. Instead it appears Mr. Kraft decided to put the interest of the owners and making money and his pal Roger Goodell ahead of the interests of Tom Brady and Patriots fans. Make no mistake about it. You can dress this up all you want, but he turned his back on us. He put money ahead of loyalty. He betrayed you, he betrayed me, he betrayed Tom Brady. I always thought he was different. I was ready to go to war for him just like I am ready to go to war for Brady right now. But he let us down big time. He’s just a suit now. He’s management. No different than any other owner. A captain never abandons his ship. That’s exactly what he did. He is complicit by his silence. He is dead to me. This is Bill Belichick and Tom Brady’s team. Not Bob Krafts anymore.
