Bill Belichick Wants To Punch Roger Goodell's Head Clean Off His Body

I don’t think I’ve ever been able to genuinely feel animosity in a photo until right now, but goddamn am I feeling it. You could cut the tension here with a knife. Bill Belichick HATES Roger Goodell and I haven’t seen an example more clear since the last time they were in the same room and Bill laughed his ass off while an entire stadium in Houston booed Roger as he tried to handoff the Lombardi Trophy.

I almost feel like this is one of those moving pictures from Harry Potter, like I can actually hear Bill thinking “don’t do it. Hold back. Don’t punch the commissioner of the NFL in his smug fucking face right now. You can’t. I know I should, but I can’t.” Bill’s even taking the option away from himself and not allowing any hands to be free. One hand in his pocket and the other one… holding a coffee (sup Alanis Morissette). Everything about Bill is perfect in this picture right down to the “I know you’re all in suits but I’m in my leisure, boating wear. That’s how little respect I have for you. It’s called VII Rings because that’s how many Super Bowls I have.”

On top of Bill’s anger you can also feel Roger’s fear. I can taste it. I can see it in his trembling hand. I’ve seen pictures of prey sprinting away from lion’s and their terror wasn’t as palpable as Roger’s is here. Guess that’s what happens when you come face to face with the most feared man in the football world after fucking with his baby. Hard to really blame Roger for pissing his pants, which you know he did because Goodell is as clear a pee boy as I’ve ever seen.
