I very rarely take the T, but back in the day I was a master of the pull back the turnstile and slide through the side move. It looks like the new system makes it harder to sneak on.

Ha, many a HS trip home via this method. The best way to sneak on the new one is just closely follow the person in front of you (works much better if you're in cahoots). Or just be a black teenager---nobody will question you.

Yes, it is new compared to the old system I grew up with, I have probably taken the T no more than 5 times in the past 4 years.
