My best guess is that its Manicotti with a side order of an italian sausage and a hamburger....served in a sun dried tomato vodka sauce.

Looks to bee too flat for a meatball.

But this isn't his fault...if he's in trainings all day this meal is the one provided by the hotel/conference center that you don't typically have a choice for.

Its when he posts pictures of his voluntary dinner on a plastic table cloth that is the real "wrong" in all of this.

No way, that wedge salad is definitely voluntary. He eats that before crushing a regular meal and thinks that eating a pound of blue cheese and bacon is healthy because there's some iceberg lettuce underneath it.

It was creme rosa .....little alfredo little gravy. But I suspect that is what most vodka sauces are anyways.

It was a meatball with a flat bottom....I guess they don t turn them during cooking. The sausage was made on site, and very tender.

I have a business dinner/meeting tonight at Burtons. Should I post pictures of my meal? :wink:
