That scene was so bad it was comical.

I have watched surgery that is being performed on me....things that I can't watch aren't scary as much as they might be considered disturbing. Like violence top women and children.

I forgot about Audition. The puke eating and amputation scene at the end were very rough to watch. Only watched the flick once and it was more than enough.
