Was down in June. Where you staying?

Ate at Central Michel Richard and Brasserie Beck. Both were extremely good. Brasserie Beck if you had to choose one; if you like beers, go an hour or two early and just drink.

Drinks at the Willard Intercontinental; sick hotel, cool little bar.

Also ate at Sequoia on the the Potomac in Georgetown. Cool views/place to drink, food is whatever.

Drank at a couple of other places in Dupont Circle but I can't recall their names.

who travels for work over the weekend?

Moved down here two months ago.

Clyde's in Georgetown is always fun place to drink. real clubby inside.
1789 for jacket required dinner
jaleo near the verizon center or bethesda for tapas
bourbon steak at the four seasons (recommended by someone here, I second it)
and there are Five Guys as far as the eye can see

Used to be a kick ass hot dog cart/stand in the Crystal City area called Ollie's Trolley.

That's all I got.

Go to the one-of-a-kind ESPNZone (if it's still open) near Chinatown and get the Wes Unseld.
