meh, I could....too much time. I cook up a bunch of chicken on the grill and eat it during the week

little bit of fat free italian dressing....

I also boil up a pack of chicken, shred it up, throw parmasean cheese and franks hot sauce in it, mix it up and presto, instant snack food

This morning for breakfast I cooked up some buffalo wings & a rack of ribs and washed it all down with a couple of pints of Guinness.

I put one in the fridge one time for later eating. Come back in a few hours and the bag was kind of soaking through with grease stains as if it were filled with fries. Yeah they are greasy.

I still ate it.
