did the plyo tonight UCONN....made it through the entire workout with a few xtra breaks thrown in

It is pretty crappy for you. If you are going to eat it, eat whole wheat bread, more fiber and it isn't as processed as white bread.

I guess my video card is all jacked up now.

PCs are awesome! This one is 7 months old. Pathetic.
