UPDATE: Got an email from Nate this morning. He got the job and will start next week. I wished him good luck.

I figured that they would hire him since the HR guy obviously loved him. However I would like to find out what the VP thought about it. He is on the Alumni board and they are having an event soon that I am going to so I will ask him there.

My brother has me listed as a reference for a job and Iâ€™m being contacted by the potential employer to provide some feedback on him via email questionnaire w/ comments. He was laid off about 8 months ago and I really want to put an exceptional word in for him without being over-the-top. I could use some help...what do you guys got? (The company he used to work for was the largest property management co. in Florida that is now basically dissolved. )
