Patriots week one opponent could be Houston but then again, maybe not... the Texans lived on the edge for a while and almost lost in OT to both Detroit and Jacksonville and were finally exposed by the Patriots, then got smoked at home by Minnesota and lost on the road @ Indy. This could either piss them off or, if Cincinnati gets the lead, the home crowd could turn on them and it could get ugly, especially if Schaub has to carry them.
Baltimore has been whining about getting a home game for years and now that they finally have one it could be disatrous as they are long in the tooth and though Ray Lewis is threatening to come back there is no way he can be the same player he was before the injury an its not like he had a game or two to get acclimated... Luck has some weapons and they are playing inspired football but you have to go with the home team here so I'm going with Baltimore.
I like the Patriots vs all of those teams either way and if all goes as expected and Denver wins their first game the AFCCG will be an epic non stop Manning-Brady media blow job....

Kind of an eerily similar situation to '10 playoffs when Pats kicked the crap out of the Jets late in the season and then they couldn't do diddly-poo offensively in the playoff rematch. Don't like it.

You can rest assured that Belichick will use the Jets game from 3 years ago as a prime example of why what they did a month ago means absolutely nothing.
Having said that, Houston couldn't cover anybody that game and the Pats did whatever they wanted to without Gronk and unless the Houston D is markedly bettter I see another big time ass whupping on the horizon. Shut down Foster, make Schaub beat them and then pressure the shit out of him, just like last game, and they are well done toast.
