Got a wireless printer/scanner from the in-laws (presumably so I stop borrowing theirs once every 8 months).
Probably use the scanner more. I'm gonna scan some old Boston Garden wrestling photos for a wrestling site that one of channel 5's producers runs. I'll post a link when they go up.

Roku is awesome.
It's a streaming device that you sync up with your modem/router and it has several "channels". You can watch your Netflix instant movies (must have Netflix acct), Amazon Instant Video (which is basically PPV via Amazon---again, you just sync up your Amazon acct to Roku & you can order them right off TV), HBO GO (if you have HBO), Pandora (if music via TV is your thing), Hulu, Flixster (to watch previews), a Disney channel, epix (some decent flicks free & on demand), and Crackle (similar to but not as good as epix).
They've added a handful of channels in just the year I've had it. I don't think it gets enough props. Best $60-$70 you can spend to enhance TV watching. And Amazon's new release movies are typically cheaper than your cable PPV.

Yeah, I have it wireless.
How do you find that PW though? I was trying to find it on my ma's PC so my niece could use her iPod Touch (after explicitly telling moms not to lose it).

my roommate has it. I wasn't home when the comcast set it up, but my roommate has access cause he uses his laptop in his room.

My new Samsung phone is pretty damn cool. To start with it has face recognition software so my wife cant see my pics anymore without me there to defend myself

Gonna grab a new TV for the recliner room after X-mas. I've had this 40" since '07. Gonna go up to at least 50". Gonna be like a movie theater in here.

I can't believe how cheap TV's are. BJ's has a 55 inch LG for $799. I have a 46" LG that I bought back in '07 that was like $1399. Fuck.

What's weird is that the model B-52 in the video above had the same fate as a real one that crashed @ Fairchild in WA in 1994.
A hot dog pilot tried to bank the plane and it couldn't handle it. Unfortunately his stupidity took others with him.

I've seen the commercial on TV a few times. A little research shows the Acer one starts at $199 and Samsung one starts at $249.
