I hate clueless owners/architects/clients
lets give me 3 days to put a "competitive" budget together from (1) drawing and a 1 page narrative for a high end lab space worth about 5 million. I hope they understand they will get a 3 day number, which will be VERY conservative
oh yeah and lets have the job review the day before a holiday weekend......at 4pm....in cambridge
