Not big but the furnace that was replaced was 35 years old and inefficient as hell.
Unreliable too. When we brought my daughter home the furnace died in the middle of the night when it was single digits out..... I didn't need any more of that crap either.

Hahaha.

Of course, Lowe's is gonna try to fuck you.

So glad I don't have a lawn to deal with.

When does hurricane season end? I'm not going to FLA during hurricane season, but I'm definitely coming down.

I fixed that myself, tyvm....and there was nothing I did to it to fuck it up. I hope your lawn burns out this summer 8)

Despite your voodoo spells it's August 27 and my yard looks like a golf course.

I hate you....

I figured out why my lawn was burning out in spots where I had the planting bed removed last fall when I moved in....no topsoil, which caused compaction.....I am fighting with the landscaper now to come back and fix it because he fucked it up in the first place

I should just get sod this time

outside of my compacted area, my lawn is great...I use these guys

http://www.noonturfcare.com/

they are a little heavy on the marketing schtick, but whenever I had problems (especially crab grass) in between treatments the service has been top notch

I have TLC now but used Scotts for years. Dropped Scotts because they literally called me 3-4 times a week and tried to sell me on all sorts of services and products. After about 10 calls I stopped picking up and they never left a message (but still called religiously). Fuck them.
