the timeshare market is in the shitter so people are renting them out....look on Ebay

Dec 15 - End of April is "Gold" season though so you will pay a premium for those weeks.

I think it will be very crowded school vacation week and possibly spring break weeks. Although spring break weeks might offer some good eye candy.

There are several timeshare buying/renting websites out there. I think that would be cheaper than booking 7 nights at a hotel.

I have a timeshare at the Marriott Surf Club and have used Ebay to rent it out a couple times.
