This topic is probably in another thread but I don't want to do a search and don't see anything in MISC. I always wanted to try a chicken sandwich from here. First heard about it like 12 years ago from a buddy who went to school in FLA. I've driven by 2 in my life, one in South Carolina (what up, Mk) and one in New Jersey. Both were closed (it was Sunday both times). I know there's one in Burlington but it seems like it just wouldn't be the same as going to one in a different state. Don't know why I feel that way, but I do. Plus, I'm never in Burlington.

Would I be siding with the gay haters if I decided to eat here? All I want is a chicken sandwich. I bet their nuggets and tenders are good too. I am so confused what to do now. Why anyone would hate a gay person is beyond me. I don't get it.

I had Chick-Fil-A last year in the ATL airport. I wasn't impressed.

One of my broads is from TX and loves Chick-Fil-A, and she was flabbergasted when I told her I didn't think it was that special.

Wendy's does have a pretty good chicken sandwich.

There is just something about fast food chains that aren't around here that intrigues me - Jack'N'the Box, Checkers, etc.

I hope that I am not ostracized from the gay community (no homo) if I ever do decide to eat at Chick-Fil-A.

Also I know an inordinate amount of people that swear by the Burger King original chicken sandwich (not Italian style - yuck). I must say they do not do anything for me. They are OK. Nothing special.

I tried the Italian style one once. Its supposed to be like a chicken parm I think. It was pretty bad.

mcm, you're not anti-gay if you eat at Chick-Fil-A. But you are financially supporting a business that financially supports crazy conservative anti-gay & anti-gay marriage groups. That's enough to keep some people away (like me).

If you Tweet out a pic of you eating Chick-Fil-A (a la Sarah Palin or Candace Cameron), then you're likely just trolling the gays.

I don't really tweet. And I like gay people much more than the anti-gays. I never knew Candace Cameron was crazy. Is she still married to one of the Bure's? I forget if it was Pavel or Valeri. I did however know that Kirk Cameron was crazy after they discussed him for a bit on Stern a couple months back.

Sure you can, as can I. I'm genuinely not surprised you would rave about food from Roy Rogers.

On the spectrum of the grossness that is fast food (though it's often tasty), Roy Rogers is on the "awful" side.

I'm not sure if there's anything worse than Arby's though.
