meh...I was looking for someone to help me with the Granite (never installed/cut granite before). The cabinets I can do myself

nothing worse than putting blood, sweat and tears into a lawn to make it green.....then have some sort of disease/pest problem cause brown spots over about 1/3 of the front yard. Hell, the landscape doctors didn't even know what it was.

Dug it all up by hand this weekend and replaced the topsoil....i'm still sore

Do you have a fenced in front yard and if not, do you have neighbors who have dogs that may be let run to piss wherever? That would certainly do the trick but it seems that you have more troubling issues than dog piss.

the tears part was a figure of speech...not fenced in, no dogs running around the neighborhood. No clue......see what happens with the latest fix. If that doesn't I'm gonna get the whole front yard redone

I should have clarified, they fucked up my exterior house shutters and in a separate project tried to rape me for an xtra 100 on an interior shutter (to make)

I fixed that myself, tyvm....and there was nothing I did to it to fuck it up. I hope your lawn burns out this summer

An irrigation system would be nice but I have other projects to waste $$ on first so you may get your wish. but for now the lawn looks like a golf course, unlike the battlefield decorating the front of your house.
Were you the one I was talking to about converting to gas last year? The Gas upgrade/removing oil burner was the Best move ever, (next to upgrading electric). A hugehugehuge upgrade that was worth every dime.

Went from $750 oil deliveries every 5 weeks or so to gas a bill that varied between $135-150 per month. The house does not smell of oil every time the burner kicks on as well (forced hot air) + the efficient furnace should enhance resale value should we decide to move down the road.
The programmable thermostat kills as well.
