GI Joe 2 postponed till March of 2013 ... wow was scheduled to come out in about a month and ads had already started promoting it..

they say it is to convert to 3d but no way they shut down that close to release unless early test screenings were not awful .. too bad

Saw a couple of movies over the past week. I'd give Avengers a solid A. I took my boys and we all enjoyed it. My oldest son has already went back to watch it again, this time in 3-D.

The wife and I saw Men In Black 3 last night(though I was pushing for Chernobyl Diaries). It started out slow but I bought into it as the movie went along. I'd give it a B minus.

Judging by the previews I saw last night at MIB3, I doubt I'll be returning to the movies for quite awhile, other than to take the boys to see Spiderman.

not a big sci fi fan but I loved Prometheus.. Not as action packed as I expected but extremely enjoyable and makes you think... great flick

They showed the preview for Tarrantino latest Django with leo, j fox, and guy from inglorious bastards..looks weird but pretty good..Also Oliver Stones "Savages" which will either be great or disaster.

No shit?

Hype would be much less without the '"Alien" prequel' aspect.

Hated Alien(s). No need to see Prometheus.

I'm not a sci-fi guy so I lost interest but my two friends love that shit and they were both very disappointed too.

The quality of the 3d/screen clarity was amazing though, not like all other dark screened 3d movies.

Hate is a strong word, but I really, really, really didn't like it. Actually, I was just kind of bored. Same with the Matrix. Everyone in the world loved that movie but me. It is rare I get into science fiction(though I loved all the Star Wars movies, go figure).

Didn't like Alien, AlienS, or both?

Alien was more of a suspense/horror flick; Aliens was more of an action flick.

That Steve Carell end of the world movie intrigues me. It's different from the usual mindless summer action movie fare but doesn't appear to go overboard on pretentiousness aka the Wes Anderson zone.
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

Someone just emailed me this clip and I really hope this film gets made...but it probably won't.
