I know it was on the blog already but this is a beautiful piece of work by Philadelphia Daily News.

This was the worst possible result for Philly. Pittsburgh takes them out in game 5 and there's some serious puckering going on in the city of brotherly love.

Once again the Rangers can't hold a lead. Even if they get past Ottawa this trend doesn't bode well for the future.
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

I think there is some serious puckering going on already....you need goal tending to win a cup (obviously) and they dont have it...period

"On the same day they sent captain Mike Richards to the Los Angeles Kings and Jeff Carter to the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Flyers agreed on a nine-year, $51 million deal with Bryzgalov, according to multiple media reports. Bryzgalov will count $5.67 million against the Flyers' cap until he is 40 years old."

At least they have Breezie locked up for the next 9 years. Baaahahahahahahahaaha
Upon further review, Philly taking the pipe and losing 4 straight to the Penguins wouldn't be the worst thing that ever happened, it would certainly shut their fans up for what happened a couple of years back.

Ottawa isn't a bunch of chumps and played the Rangers tough all year. Though I expect the Rangers to win I'm very happy they are having a hard time and I hope it goes 7.

I was in a "discussion" with a Flyers fan this morning about how he thinks Mr. Solar System can lead them to the cup.....

5 goals on 18 shots from both goalies shouldn't be filling anyone wearing an orange shirt with confidence.

Same to you with Bruins/Caps.

Caps win a long as they score first .. thinking 3-2 in OT ... as they improve to 5-1 at the garden on the year..

2 more wins for the road teams tonight pushing their record to 28-16 in this years playoffs for a 64% clip

Has there ever been a playoff in any sport where road sucess has been this high?
