Seriously stupid stuff. I had June before he lost the clubhouse in the office pool.

Josh Hamilton almost killed Waldo tonight. One of the longest HR's I've ever seen hit to RF @ Fenway. 22nd row of bleachers, still 15 rows in front of the red seat

Hamilton's HR just landed.
469 feet, pretty impressive.

how many scoreless innings does he need to get down to this number? Like 80?

If my math is right I think 33 innings giving up 11 ER would get you to right around 2.98. So he needs 31 scoreless. Ha.

Houston has to be laughing their asses off... once Lowrie gets off his never ending stint on the DL.

the Sox also threw in Kyle Weiland, who sucks, but could probably contribute on this sorry excuse of a pitching staff. Atleast contribute more then Melancon anyway.

Seems like Bard in the 8th, Papelbon in the 9th was a loooong time ago.

Awwwwww who cares about whats going on between the lines, we got parties this week, don't forget your wallet.

Thursday, April 19th - Fenway Park Open House
From 9 am - 7 pm fans will have the opportunity to explore 100 year-old Fenway Park at their own pace. Attendees will have a chance to discover behind-the scenes locations and learn more about the ballpark by following the "Fenway Park: A Living Museum" plaques, displays and historical markers. The Open House will feature a unique presentation of artifacts, "touching the game" exhibits, and other special presentations.
Autograph signings will take place throughout the day. Dozens of alumni will be on hand throughout the day including Red Sox legends Mike Timlin, Dave Henderson, Luis Tiant and Bernie Carbo. Fans will have an opportunity to walk the warning track, peek inside the Green Monster scoreboard and visit other spaces within the ballpark not normally accessible to fans. Ballpark concession stands will be open. The event will take place rain or shine.

I can see Bernie Carbo, Looie and Dave Henderson but Mike Fucking Timlin = Red Sox legend? Please.... Oh, and concesssion stands are open. You think that with the 100th anniversary and all and the Sox and Yankees wearing old school uni's that maybe they could roll back concession prices to 1912 as well? $.05 beer? They did it in Cleveland and they can do it here. Shitfaced for under $2.00, it would help dull the pain of watching them slaughtered seemingly nightly.

i like the sound bite from luchhino they were playing on 98.5 yesterday....""Did I mention its free?"

Apparently he was in the booth with Don & Jerry on Tuesday night hyping this thing up. I wouldn't go if beers were free.

Hoepfully its just one chorus of boos after another on Friday night.

They laid it on a little thick yesterday before the players started coming out, and Kevin Millar was a tinge cringe-inducing, but it was fun to see all the players come out. Zane Smith? I was in 5th grade again. Maybe he should be in the bullpen.

I think it was 84 or 85 Topps that used to have little factoids about the players on the back and I think it was Zane Smith that said he was a big heavy metal fan.

Cody Ross is working out OK so far. Someone on the squad is earning their keep.

I've always liked Cody Ross. He's a solid ballplayer.
