O I am sorry those comments were complaining Hudson didn't "write" the song well on Sunday.....all this time I thought you guys were comparing Hudson's performance Sunday to the person who brought the song to life!

Suck a freight train.
I didn't type she wrote the song, but she sure created the song, and its her performance that is the litmus test for all future performances including the one trashed here by Hudson.

But she didn't create it, write it, do anything to it other than sing it(and sang it amazingly I might add).
You do realize Dolly Parton made the song famous long before Whitney did, right? And did a damn good job with it as well.

I did not. By created it I meant the way she sang it and crafted the lyrics into what most consider the way the song now and forever should be sung.
