Bama/LSU in Tuscaloosa tonight.

First time LSU pushed the ball across midcourt the student section for Alabama started cheering wildly.

Late in the 2nd half the lead reached 21 and they started chanting "Just like Monday".

During the Rammer Jammer they sang 'we just beat the hell out of you...again'.

Fun times for the students.

#1 seed now back on track with the return of Fabricio de Melo. He should get a nice ovation at MSG, Syracuse's home away from home.

One version of Bracketology has Bama/UConn in the 8/9 game in Albuquerque.

No, I will not be placing any wagers on that game if it happens.

Lunardi's bracket this week has Alabama in the 8/9 vs. Iowa St. with a likely game vs. #1 seed Syracuse for the winner.

Syracuse was impressive on Saturday. Didn't see any of last nights game but UConn actually played well saturday and just couldn't keep up. If they shoot like that they won't lose.

I haven't watched Syracuse play yet this year, but I have seen most other top teams and when Kentucky is on they are going to be tough for anyone to beat.

Bama gets two back from suspension, but will still be without their "Big Two" against Florida, who is dealing with a couple of key injuries. Should be a good game tonight, but will need someone to step up in Green and Mitchell's absence.

Good news...........it appears we won't have to listen to Seth Greenberg cry why his team was left off the bubble again this year.

Can anyone tell me how Bama has been playing lately? Thanks.

I'm going to wait for the revised one they'll need after this year's title run.
