as a non red sox fan, this whole process has been off the charts awful for the Sox

The Red Sox have acquired Andrew Bailey from the Athletics in a deal that will send Josh Reddick to Oakland.

Kalish in RF then. While I liked Reddick this was a move that seemingly works well for both teams.

The Red Sox have announced the signings of minor league free agents Carlos Silva, Brandon Duckworth, Charlie Haeger, Will Inman, Doug Mathis, Tony Pena Jr., Chorye Spoone, Jesse Carlson, Rich Hill, Justin Thomas, Pedro Ciriaco, and Nate Spears.

the Sox are going to nickel and dime Oswalt and let him sign with another team over a million fucking dollars. Can't wait for Silva/Cook to be pitching in meaningful games in August and September. This is crazy.
