The winning TD pass(6 pts), the completion(.5 pts) and the yardage(8 yards = .2 pts) was enough to cost me my fantasy matchup by 0.1 pts. Had he thrown it to Deion Branch, I would have won the matchup. Hell, I have the Patriots defense, so had Romo thrown a garbage INT in the last few seconds I still would have won.

The really sad thing is I wasn't watching my fantasy team at that moment because I was caught up in the game and cheering when Brady hit the TD, not realizing what it cost me. My fantasy team >>>> my real life team loyalties

unlike the bills game where it felt like that pats gave it away this was much worse.. it was domination .. let the BB apologists come in and say look how close it was .. pitt plays and wins ugly and they totally controlled the game.. no deep threat and just like the jets did in the playoffs pitt played the pats wr close and depsite a few penalties it worked again.. as for the pats D , the pass d is the worst in the league by a wide margin.. coming off a bye they had chance to take conntrol of the top seed in afc and played awful .. this is what the pats are now .. they will beat up on weak teams .. and rarely get beat bad but no way is this team winning 3 games in a row against top teams in january .. keep trading down those picks though .. who needs a pass rusher right? ... at jets and at eagles feel like losses to me so this team might not be the div lock we all thought.. christ what would aaron rodgers do to this defense?

He took a wide out and made him a DB years ago......so far he hasnt gotten any DB's to be DB's. I dont need any help deciding something is missing and it starts with him.


The pass rush everyone keeps barking about was there yesterday, Big Ben aint easy to get to and a lot of those 3rd and long completions came after he was flushed or 5-7 seconds after the snap. Its pass defense and pass defense alone that made that lose possible. IMO

agree with most said on airways today .. BB deserves heat since he is the GM .. brady has masked how average the talent on the team is.. not many explosive or impact players on that roster .. on D besides big Vince who is impact? mayo??? not so sure about that .. someone find out last time they lost 3 in a row

The defense can't stop a high school team. Special teams have been terrible, see Gostkowski missing an extra point FG and Edelman catching FIVE fucking punts inside the 10 yard line. The offense is predictable and unimaginative. Brady has his two Binkies (welker + the TE's) and throws to them until they are pummeled. Despite having drafted RB's they don't even bother trying to run and they can't/won't throw the ball downfield because when they do bad things happen. Ochocinco was wide open in the end zone and Brady underthrew him. Ochocinco could have come back for the ball but chose to wait for it with predictable results. Hernandez was wide open in the end zone before Gostkowski's miss and Brady missed him. Brady hits those two and they win. But he missed and unfortunately If Brady has an off game they CAN'T win. I've never been more disgusted with a 5-3 team in my life. Paper fucking tigers. Even if they were fortunate to get in the playoffs does anybody here think they can beat any of the teams that have a real defense? Does Sergio Brown, Phillip Adams + Tracy White remind anyone of Harrison, Law + Bruschi? Not a playmaker in the bunch. The d holds them for virtually the entire game but collapses like a house of cards with the game on the line. The runt of the fucking Manning litter goes 80 yards in 75 seconds....... The guy who shot himself in the parking lot got off easy, he shot himself before the game and didn't have to watch that embarrassment. 24 hours later and I'm still infuriated.

Mayo played every defensive snap, the Giants ran 30 times including several inside the 10 where everybody in the stadium knew the Giants were running it and Mayo had exactly zero unassisted tackles. This is our star linebacker.
Sergio Brown played one snap but he made it count.
