The Raiders, reeling from Jason Campbell's injuryare about to reel in Palmer for two first-round picks,
I guess MIke Brown isn't such a dumb ass after all.

"We're going to hold him to his contract." Apparently, everybody has their price. This was a matter of when, not a matter of if. Feel free to drop the sanctimony act any time now, Mike Brown.

Two first rounders is a pretty good price. Brown holding firm seems to have worked out pretty good, especially for someone who is crucified as a buffoon 99% of the time.

Great get by the Raiders. I heard the Plunkett deal compared to this one. They are a better team with Palmer at QB, and they were a good team to start.

They have a game this week and then the bye week for Palmer to get acclimate.

They have KC this week. They could get away with starting Boller to give Palmer two weeks before the game vs. Denver.
The Orangemen are just a rock-solid, consistent winner that hasn't suffered a losing season since 1968-69.

never been a norv fan but props to him for firing back at rex with a pretty funny line ..

truth is the most stacked SD team was in 06 while Marty was still coach .. 14-2 team was top seed before brady and co pulled that upset in div round.. still prob my favorite non super bowl win for pats as it was so obvious that they were not the better team but found a way.

And then you remember Indy turned same trick a week later (big 2nd half comeback).
