Got a new laptop for school for $400 from micro center. and I get Office 2010 for free from my school, which means i can take the copy I bought back to the store. BOOM. Sales guy was a complete dick, though. So I'm really going to enjoy taking that off his commission $$. Fucking no pussy getting cocksucker.

Adjustable rate mortgages.
I got one 9ish years ago when I bought my house. All everyone ever told me was to lock into a 30 year. I never did because frankly I was too lazy and that is a lot of paperwork and with closing costs so I never saw the point. With the ARM I started with a 5.25, after it reset after 3 years it went to 4.25, I just got a letter in the mail letting me know my new rate for the next three years will be 3.25. It can never move more then a point in any reset. I have for the most part been pretending it was still at the 5.25 rate any paying that amount, so now it will be 400+ going straight to the principle.
