Jesus Christ 15" of rain?

Sorry to hear about the family summer shack. Hopefully no one was hurt.

I'm hoping insurance covers this.... and 15 inches or rain does suck.

insurance does cover it, however, after Hurricane Agnes (which the house survived somehow), they severely limit what you are allowed to build in the area.
