I think thats one that I would never have to put in green.... I was serious about getting something for him though, there is always someone willing to take a chance. See Brad Childress and Jeff Fisher. Though look where it got them.

I know tumbleweeds reside here now but not a single comment on that game last night? The defense looked pretty impressive . The revamped line certainly made life miserable for Josh Freeman and they absolutely crushed TB at home. Carter looked good, the linebackers looked fantastic and it will be very interesting to see Ellis and Fat Boy added to the mix. I know its pre season but they did whatever they wanted on both sides of the ball and all in all I'd rather be in New England's film room instead of Tampa's this a.m.

I forgot they were playing until 7 minutes into the game when I was driving to work last night. This is August. It's time for baseball and beaches, not football.

If Light can't play BB won't play him. He's not shy about cutting/sitting guys who have been around for a while. The list is long, kosar, Bledsoe, milloy.....the past doesn't matter and he can be a cold, hard sum itch.

Bringing in Portis for a look. Interesting. (Per Herald)

Portis potentially washed up at 29...... That's incredibly young to have that happen.

I had to look up his age, because he debuted in 2002, so I would have guessed he was 30 or 31...29 seemed really young for him, but you're right.
