I took all of last week off and stayed the same...I was pleasantly suprised. Although I could tell a week off wasn't good for the swimming endurance

did the treadmill thing today, got done and was walking through the gym area and saw a 10 jumping rope. I literally stopped in my tracks and stared at her :oops: :oops:

petition to get a hubway station in your neighborhood, then just ride that everywhere. better than walking.

I actually have an old Univega at the old man's place that likely just needs a major tune-up.

Anybody know a decent place for that & what it typically costs? I'd probably want an estimate first (don't want to spend too much on a 20-year old bike).

Try deep-water running. No stress on the joints, but if you mix in some intervals it's a good cardio workout. Warning though- unless there's some talent poolside, it's ridiculously boring.
I'm havin a good time, Jacques Martin's tryin to ruin it.
