2 of my boys did this on saturday and finished in under 5 hours. My brother wants me to do it with him next year...like i'll be anywhere near capable of doing that shit. My dick hurts after i ride the bike too long on too high of an intensity level.
I have dropped 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks, though.
Went for an exercise stroll last night (gimpy ankle keeps me from running). Ended up walking 4+ miles, ankle felt fine today. Now, gotta make it a habit. Need to drop 10-12 lbs.

I'm on day 11 of 17 days off and despite drinking beer + rum and eating ribs, steak, scallops and the like every night I haven't gained a pound. Chasing a 2 and 3.5 year old around the beach all day helps. If I ate better I'd probably have dropped 5-10.
RA, if you got a bum ankle walking on a treadmill with an incline for an hour 4-5 times a week will help with that. Especially during the winter when it's easy to sit around. I watched many a Bruins games last winter on such a device and it works.
