Yeah I have always found it hard to stop that. In real life my friends know what I mean when I say an absolute, they just let them go. But here its a work in progress.

Either way it was an industry standard for most restaurants for years before you could get it retail.

I made some monster burgers on saturday night - mixed parm cheese, SWB (honey chipoltle), A1 and worchestershire, smoked applewood bacon and brie cheese....best burgers ever

Works pretty well, the little pump gets the air out and seals the container, you can leave stuff in there for a long time and keeps it fresh

I got it as a gift, I think it costs 40 at sharper image, I would say its worth 20

Besides the fact its reusable and saves money on bags you also have the potential for the bag to open, and leak raw meat juice in the fridge. Like I said for <$20 its not a bad buy, but I wouldn't spend >$40.
