Another good one not mentioned is Cattlemen's(or is it Cattleman's?). I think MCA is the one who turned me onto that one.

You turd, cattlemens was only sold wholesale to restaurants for 30 years or so. Its only been available to the public in recent years.

Where do you get this 80% figure from. Do you work for them? Did you call every restaurant and ask, because if you did you did a great job.
