The red meat thing isn't part of my "diet", that's just how it played out. The atkins is just no carbs, right? Mine is supposed to cut out/severly limit the amount of sugar intake. I'm supposed to eat 3 meals a day, but I'm stretching it to 5 smaller meals (especially on gym days), because it's not working, otherwise.
My Options are...
BREAKFAST
- 6-7 oz. of non-fat plain yogurt, 6 oz. of fruit (fresh, or canned in water)
- 2 eggs, 1 piece of fruit
- 1-2 oz. of oatmeal, 1 piece of fruit
LUNCH/DINNER
- 6 oz. of salad
- 6 oz. of protein
- 6 oz. of vegetables (except corn because apparently it's not good for you)
I can tell I've lost a smidgen of weight, but this doesn't take into account that my body shuts down after a good workout. I don't really miss bread, but this just isn't doing to job. Might try drinking more water.
