"Blue Valentine" on Amazon VOD. Don't watch it with your SO, especially if you beefing. But it's real good. Can't believe it almost got the NC-17 because of one scene that wasn't even bad. Michelle Williams was great and hot in this. Got the Oscar nom for it (as well as a Semi nom). Gosling's pretty damn good too. Not a pick-me-up movie by any means.

"It's Kind of a Funny Story" = it's kind of a boring fucking movie

"The Inside Job" breaks down the finance mess into layman's terms for non-finance dummies like me. And it makes you sick with this country and its failed 'leadership'. The top < %1 is just fucking with the rest of us.

It would actually be funny if it wasn't so disgusting.

Watched Flightplan last night. Never heard of it, but we have the DVD. Wasn't bad.

Watching Country Strong right now. zzzzzzzzz. I guess I was expecting a Crazy Heart like movie, but Crazy Heart was actually good.

'Cedar Rapids' is funny stuff. Reilly needed to get away from Ferrell for awhile.

'Kill the Irishman' is an entertaining low-rent "Goodfellas", commensurate with the city depicted---Cleveland. Not a "great" movie by any stretch but it is fun to watch. There have been a million Danny Greenes in Boston. Bobby Bacala plays a version of Bobby Bacala and Christopher...Walken...does his...thing...that...he does. Frenchy and Paully Cicero show up too.
