A lot of morons in the construction/landscaping world around here say loom. Loom is used to spin cloth, not grow grass. People that say loom usually also refer to digging a hole as "esscavating."

I've had trememndous luck with Scots EZ Seed. It's low maintenance.

isn't the EZ-seed for filling in patches?

after killing myself for 4 hours yesterday and only getting about 1/3 of my yard done i called in the brazilians

tomorrow they're going to finish up what i started for $180...championship

I had a guy come do an estimate to fence in my yard last weekend and he just called me and said he's trying to see if he can get it lower for me. He said its close to $10k :shock:

I was thinking 5-6 tops although I really had no idea.

6' in the back about 100 feet.

4' spiked up the sides about 65 feet each side and a 4 foot gate on one side

ok, im slow at work today and bored...im gonna do some research for you (not like you haven't done any already, lol)....who did you get the quote from?

$40/LF seems pretty high, even for me when I am putting together schematic budgets......did he break out is labor an material prices?

I'm still waiting for the hard copy, we talked over the phone. Its gonna be $9300 for everything. He said I could save $1000-$1500 if I got wood instead of vinyl. But the wood lasts only 15 yrs. Its a guy and his brother who worked for a fence company for years and now do this on the side. They are like 50 yrs old. They did my neighbors fence and it looks great. He got the 6' privacy fence all the way around. He has a pool though.
