Pork tenderloin marinated in this overnight, on the grill, unreal.

Sear on both sides and finish on indirect heat.

Made some skin on bone in breast last night with the chicken version of this marinade, cooked the chicken perfect for 90% of it, last 5 min somehow the shik caught on fire. I was pissed.
