whats the difference between meatball and hamburger?

no self respecting person would make a meatball or meatloaf with only hamburger. must add pork or veal if not both to it. hamburger alone is LAME

I have no problem with making meatloaf with just beef as long as you season the shit out of it, but if you only use beef for meatballs kill yourself.

She uses lean hamburger, creamed corn, Green giant nibblet corn, and Yukon gold potato mixed with a stick of butter. I'm sure there are some seasonings in there as well.
